SEEDORF'S MILAN LOSE TO TORINO

AC Milan manager Clarence Seedorf's winning start ended as the Rossoneri were held 1-1 at home by Torino. Seedorf was looking to become the first Milan coach since Luigi Bonizzoni in 1958-59 to win his first three Serie A games.
Milan dominated without the suspended Mario Balotelli, but Torino took the lead in the 17th minute thanks to a wonderful solo effort from Ciro Immobile.
Immobile ran almost half the length of the pitch before feinting past Daniele Bonera and firing across into the bottom right corner for his 11th goal of the season.
Adil Rami scored his first for Milan since his move from Valencia to level matters four minutes into the second half. The France defender ran onto Sulley Muntari's short pass before unleashing a rocket into the left of goal.Robinho thought he gave Milan the lead 10 minutes later when he curled Kaka's through ball into the far side of the net, but he was narrowly ruled offside.
Mauricio Pinilla earned Cagliari their first Serie A victory in seven attempts as his first-half penalty brought a 1-0 home win over an uninspiring Fiorentina side at the Stadio Sant'Elia.
It was difficult to tell which club was challenging for a top-three spot and which was fighting to avoid a relegation battle as Cagliari tormented Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto for over an hour in Sardinia.
Pinilla scored a penalty shortly before half-time to lift Cagliari into 13th place, while Vincenzo Montella's Fiorentina could now see Inter Milan close to within five points of taking fourth place with victory at Juventus on Sunday.
Udinese ended a run of four successive Serie A defeats with a 2-0 win at Bologna, easing their relegation fears.They have finished fifth, third and fourth in the last three seasons but have recently found themselves battling at the wrong end of the table after failing to take point from their first four matches of 2014.
However, they brought that miserable run to a close on Saturday after goals from Antonio Di Natale and Nicolas Lopez earned them a three-point haul from the trip to fellow strugglers Bologna.
Di Natale opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 15th minute after Andrea Lazzari had been fouled in the area by Michele Pazienza, and they finally secured a much-needed victory when Maicosuel found Lopez and he beat Curci with a left-footed strike late on.
