SUPER EAGLES' BRIGHT DIKE READY FOR ACTION AGAIN

Super Eagles striker, Bright Dike, has resumed full training with his Major Soccer League side, Toronto FC, after a long injury layoff.
Dike ready for action again
Dike got injured in February while training with his club and subsequently missed the World Cup as Nigeria exited at the second round stage of the competition in Brazil.
The 27-year-old was tipped for great things with the Super Eagles but the injury, a second major one in his career put paid to that development after a blistering start to his Nigeria career, scoring two goals in four games.
Now the burly striker says he is ready to get going again as he feels he is gradually getting back to his best and is itching to get into action.
"It feels great, I mean I've been waiting so long, so anxious to get back on the pitch, it feels like Christmas for me," he told GOLTV.
"Unfortunately I've been through this type of injury before and that makes me know exactly what I have to do before hand and I think this time, I'm going to be much more mobile coming back
"The staff has been really great, pushing me to come back, fitness, mobility and strength."
When asked if there was a timeline for him to be available for selection, the former Portland Timbers striker, who is also a cousin to Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike, says he is raring to get back to action.
With the recent injury to first-choice striker Jermaine Defoe, Dike might just be thrown in at the deep end sooner than expected, but he says he is ready for the challenge.
"Whenever the coach is ready for me, I'm ready. Honestly right now I feel good to go, so whenever they give me the go ahead I'm ready.
Dike made his Nigeria debut against Venezuela in 2012 in a 3-1 win over the South Americans at the Marlins Park Stadium in Miami, Florida.
