ARSENAL BATTLES CHELSEA TONIGHT IN A NORTH LONDON DERBY

There is a massive match in North London tonight, with the Gunners having the chance to regain top spot as they face Jose Mourinho's men. Arsenal face Chelsea in a Christmas cracker on Monday night, with both sides vying for an important three points. Wenger's side can jump back above Liverpool and Manchester City to top spot with a win, with Chelsea having the opportunity of joining Liverpool in joint top in they prevail. Chelsea have won their last three meetings against Arsenal.

Jose Mourinho brings his side into the match after a tough midweek fixture against Sunderland in the Capital One Cup. An extra time strike from the Black Cats saw them progress to the next round and knock the Blues out.

Arsenal have gone three games without a victory for the first time this season, with Manchester City demolishing them in the league 6-3 last time out. This followed a loss against Napoli away and a draw at home to Everton. Despite these results, Arsene Wenger's side are still sitting in a solid position in the Premier League.
Aaron Ramsey is one player that the gunners would be counting on to score goals in their match against Chelsea.
The Wales international has scored 15 goals this season, netting important goals against Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool.

The Gunners have a frightening front line at the moment with the return of Theo Walcott, who managed to score two away at Manchester City last time out.

Chelsea has been struggling for clean sheets, conceding eight in their last three games.
