Costa, who scored his first goal for Chelsea in their 2-1 win over Olimpija Ljubljana on Sunday, took just three minutes to notch his first assist of the evening at the Gelderdome.
The deadlock was broken with virtually the first attack of the game as Costa raced on to a Nemanja Matic pass and slipped the ball into the path of Mohamed Salah, who couldn’t miss.

Former Barcelona player, Cesc Fabregas scored his first goal for Chelsea and it happens to be the goal of the night midway through the first half, curling a wonderful free-kick into the back of the net, with Matic finishing easily from another Costa pass 16 minutes from time.
