FALCONETS ARRIVE CANADA FOR 2014 FIFA U-20 WOMEN'S WORLD CUP

Nigeria national women's U-20 team, the Falconets, arrived Moncton on Sunday morning for their final training tour ahead of their 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada.

The Falconets had departed Abuja aboard in two batches on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th, July after been airborne for about 16 hours. 

The Nigerian team spent 6 hours enroute Abuja to Frankfurt, Germany, before connecting to Toronto after 7 hours and later arrived their training base in Moncton, Canada.

The team is camped at Crown Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Down Town host city until 1st August for their final training tour.

Head of the delegation Siji Lagunju announced the arrival of Courtney Dike, sister of Super Eagles forward Bright Dike on Saturday. He also confirmed the inclusion of Pelican Stars' ace Eyebhoria Winifred which swells the number of players in camp to 22.
