Barcelona midfielder Andrés Iniesta told journalist in a recent press conference that the present Barcelona team is totally committed to getting back to winning ways.
Iniesta says Barcelona will get back to their winning ways
He said: "Our desire to put in a good year is maximum. Are aims are to win titles and give a good impression right from the start of the year. We are all looking forward to enjoying the game as a team and as Barça fans once again."
The Barcelona midfielder believe there were certain similarities with the summer of 2008, when the 'Guardiola era' started.
Iniesta said: "Maybe there are certain similarities regarding the moment everything comes together, the changes in the team, the new manager; but every situation is different, although the stage is the same,"
"The important thing is to go into this season as we did that one, after a bad year - with all guns blazing, wanting to enjoy it, having a good time out on the pitch. Our desire to win couldn't be greater. We know that it will be difficult to go back to winning titles, but we have the ambition and commitment to do just that."
