Hours after the news that the judge had declined to drop the tax fraud accusations against Leo Messi, the Argentine posted this late-night mysterious message on Instagram – "A lion does not worry about a sheep's opinion".
The judge has turned down the prosecutor's request to drop the case against Messi and continue proceedings only against the player's father, as he believes there is "enough evidence" to suggest that the player "might have known and permitted the creation and maintenance of a fictitious business network that had as its aim the avoiding of tax obligations derived from image rights business activities."
