KANU ADVISE IDEYE ON THE SECRET TO SUCCESS IN WEST BROM

Former Nigeria international Nwankwo Kanu has advised Brown Ideye to stay focused and work hard if he wants to succeed in England.
Brown Ideye: West Brom's record signing
West Brom signed Nigeria's Brown Ideye for a club-record fee from Dynamo Kiev.
Ideye, 25, joined Kanu's former club West Brom last weekend and the former Nigeria captain was quick to congratulate the young forward. "First I have called him and congratulated him. I wished him all the best in his new challenge," Kanu told KickOffNigeria.com.
Kanu, who spent most of his career in England, first with Arsenal, then West Brom and Portsmouth, advised Ideye to work hard if he is to win over the fans. "He should be focused and work hard to make a mark. The fans will love him if he works very hard and scores goals."
But the former Baggie is confident Ideye will be loved in the Midlands. "He is very hardworking and humble and he always tries to put the team first. I'm sure West Brom will be very happy about the player they have signed."
