Aluko and Yannick Sagbo got the goals for the Tigers as they continued their preparations for the new Premier League campaign.
Aluko opened the scoring in the 40th minute as his screamer from 25 ards beat York's goalkeeper Michael Ingham, before Sagbo scored in the 77th minute to seal the win.
New recruits like Tom Ince, Robert Snodgrass and Jake Livermore all featured in the game which was played at York City's Bootham Crescent ground.
